Role Snapshot

Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct therapy, conduct assessments, and maintain compliant documentation for children in school and clinic settings. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and provide supervision to OT fieldwork students as needed.
Skills & Tools: Pediatric therapy experience with strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a warm client-centered approach. Ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary team environments and commitment to continuous professional development.
Qualifications: Must hold a valid California OT license with a Master's degree or Doctorate; pediatric experience required and school-based experience preferred. Eagerness for professional growth and learning is essential.

Compensation: $60–$72/hr
