Role Snapshot
Join CDW as a Data Analyst designing and developing reporting and analytics to support Managed Services customers. This role delivers actionable insights through expert use of data systems and Microsoft Excel to help internal clients make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Create recurring and ad-hoc reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual), design standardized reporting formats, troubleshoot existing data solutions, and perform data analysis to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations. Interact with stakeholders to identify new reporting needs and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
Skills & Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Excel advanced functions (formulas, V-lookups, pivot tables, data manipulation), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional oral and written communication skills. Experience with VBA, MS Office applications, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business plus 3 years of advanced Excel experience, OR 7 years of advanced Excel experience. Experience with VBA and/or Excel to develop analytical solutions is preferred.
