Key Responsibilities: Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for employees in phlebotomy techniques, Lab Information Systems, and compliance procedures while maintaining detailed training records. Support leadership with quality and service metrics, assist with performance improvement plans, and provide procedural guidance to department staff.
Skills & Tools: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with exceptional customer service experience and high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work independently, and flexibility to travel throughout the territory are essential.
Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of employee training experience and 3+ years of phlebotomy experience drawing patients of all ages; high school diploma or GED required. Preferred experience includes 1+ year as a people leader.
Location: US
Compensation: $20–$32/hr
