Center Director at C2 Education who leads and manages educational services in Plano, TX, responsible for ensuring student success, center profitability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily center operations, develop enrollment strategies, manage and develop staff, conduct student assessments, maintain parent communication, manage center finances, and ensure adherence to educational standards. Additional duties include building community relationships, optimizing classroom utilization, handling inquiries, and maintaining student records.

Skills & Tools: Strong leadership, communication, financial management, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required. Must demonstrate ability to drive enrollment, manage staff performance, and foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with minimum 3 years of leadership experience. Eligibility to work in the USA without sponsorship is mandatory.

Location: Hybrid in Plano, Texas, United States (C2 - Plano, TX 75093). Operating hours typically Monday-Thursday 1:00 PM-9:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 / annually
