Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our Small Business Sales team. This role is focused on acquiring new small business customers, helping them identify the right technological solutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Once the account is established, it will be transitioned to our Customer Success team for long-term relationship management.

What you will do:
• Prospect & Qualify Identify and engage small business leads through outbound efforts, networking, and digital channels.
• Consult & Sell Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals that deliver value.
• Onboard & Transition Guide new clients through onboarding and hand off to the Customer Success team for ongoing support.
• Collaborate Across Teams Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and client satisfaction.
• Track & Report Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and handoff timelines.
Success Metrics:
• Number of new small business accounts acquired
• Lead-to-customer conversion rate
• Time-to-close and onboarding efficiency
• Quality of handoff and client satisfaction scores
What we expect of you:
• 2+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the small business segment
• Proven success in new customer acquisition
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with small business operations and challenges
• Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
• Ability to work cross-functionally with onboarding and success teams in addition to external OEM partners
