Figma is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for their Design team to lead full-cycle recruiting for various Product and Design roles, focusing on building effective talent pipelines and partnering with leadership.

Skills: 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with 2+ years in Product or Design recruiting, strong pipeline management, and familiarity with design communities.
Qualifications: Preferred experience includes managing high-volume pipelines, using Figma's products, a team-first mindset, and familiarity with tools like Gem and Greenhouse.
Location: This role can be held from one of Figma's US hubs or remotely in the United States.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $140,000.

You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle: building pipeline strategy, crafting creative outreach, and closing exceptional talent across IC and leadership levels. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Product and/or Design roles, including–Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, Product Designers, Brand Designers, UX Writers, UX Researchers, and Product/Design leaders
- Partner with Product and Design leadership to design smart, scalable top-of-funnel strategies
- Craft thoughtful outreach that sparks interest and reflects Figma’s voice
- Deeply understand Figma’s products and mission—and share that story with candidates in an authentic way
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, inclusive, and memorable experience from first hello to final offer
- Stay organized across pipelines and track progress through data and metrics
- Continuously improve our interview process to help us assess talent more effectively
- Collaborate across teams to lead and contribute to high-impact recruiting projects
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- 2+ years focused on Product or Design recruiting
- A track record of building your own pipelines and shaping sourcing strategies
- Deep familiarity with Product and/or Design communities and the latest trends in tech
- Proven success partnering with leaders to navigate complex offers to close top candidates and experience hiring exceptional technical talent at a high-growth startup or leading tech company
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- A knack for managing high-volume pipelines with speed, care, and great communication
- Used Figma’s products
