Job Description

We are seeking a Projects & Technology Training Specialist to lead and coordinate all projects across our administrative departments. This role will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and department leaders to ensure projects stay on track, stakeholders are informed, and end users receive appropriate documentation and training. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how projects are run and is ideal for someone with 5+ years of project management or technology operations experience.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate technology and operational projects across administrative departments
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, check-ins, and retrospectives
  • Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support change management and user adoption for new technology initiatives
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather requirements, track progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain clear project documentation and records
  • Own project-related communications, including email, Slack, SharePoint, etc.
  • Translate technical information into clear, concise messaging for non-technical audiences
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between project SME’s, key stakeholders and the user population
  • Design and maintain training agendas for new systems, tools, and process changes
  • Create tip sheets, quick-reference guides, and “how-to” documentation
  • Develop user-friendly training materials tailored to different audiences
  • Deliver virtual technology training sessions

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, technology operations, legal technology, or a related role
  • Experience creating training materials or documentation for non-technical users
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including telephone skills, verbal and written communication skills, active listening and customer care.
  • Communicates effectively in person and in writing, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical people.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to notice what others seem to miss.

Salary Description

$105,000 - $120,000


Physical Requirements

Primarily sedentary work. Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances, and/or drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. Work can be performed with or without accommodations.


Travel

5 – 10% domestic travel by ground and or air, dependent on firm needs
