Summary:
The AVP, Integrated Campaigns Lead is a strategic player/coach responsible for leading all ABM (account-based marketing), Evergreen, National, and Regional Marketing initiatives that drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across the full lifecycle. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this leader will develop integrated, data-driven campaign strategies while also driving hands-on execution when needed. This role oversees a team of campaign marketers focused on regional execution and field enablement, and collaborates deeply across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to achieve business growth objectives.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated ABM, Evergreen, National, and Regional Marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention in support of revenue targets. Own campaign planning processes, including quarterly roadmaps, creative briefs, budget allocation, and stakeholder alignment to ensure cross-functional execution and business impact. Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate positioning and messaging into market-ready campaigns, designing multi-touch, multi-channel initiatives (web, email, paid media, events, direct mail, field activations) optimized for conversion at each stage of the buyer journey to maximize engagement and pipeline velocity. Direct the ABM program strategy and execution, including account selection, segmentation, personalization, and intent-driven targeting to accelerate high-value opportunities. Serve as subject matter expert for ABM platforms and campaign martech tools, ensuring optimal configuration, audience building, and performance measurement to drive program effectiveness. Partner with channel owners (Paid Media, Web, Marketing Automation) and Marketing Operations to ensure seamless campaign execution, lead routing, attribution, and performance optimization. Coordinate with Social Media and Communications teams to align campaign messaging, amplify reach, and ensure consistent brand voice across channels. Enable BDR team with campaign insights, messaging frameworks, and account intelligence to improve lead qualification and conversion effectiveness. Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities, refine targeting and messaging strategies, and drive continuous improvement in ROI and conversion metrics. Build and maintain reporting cadences to demonstrate marketing impact on pipeline, revenue, and customer lifecycle metrics for leadership visibility. Lead, mentor, and develop the Campaigns team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure team success and professional growth. Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Social Media, and Communications to ensure campaign alignment, shared accountability, and collaborative execution toward business objectives.
Required Job Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated success building and scaling integrated campaign programs in complex, matrixed B2B organizations with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable campaign strategies and recommendations.
- Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar), CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot).
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead funnel optimization, campaign attribution models, and multi-touch engagement strategies.
- Proven project management and organizational capabilities with track record of managing multiple concurrent campaigns, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing marketing teams with focus on performance management and professional development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present to executive leadership.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution, working effectively in player/coach capacity.
- Observe and synthesize information communicated through various formats including meetings, written materials, dashboards, and presentations, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Required Education and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, and integrated campaign management.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership role with direct team management responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in education, edtech, SaaS, or mission-driven B2B2C industries.
Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $126,750 - $233,750. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
