Role Snapshot
Join Otus as a Client Experience Associate to support K-12 learning platform clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement. This role is critical to ensuring seamless adoption and retention of the Otus platform for school districts.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication abilities in verbal and written formats, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset. Must thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments with adaptability, creativity, and passion for learning.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred with over 5 years of experience in education or educational technology. Familiarity with Otus products and experience leading professional development for adults is a plus.
Location: California
Compensation: $50K–$70K/yr
