Your Role
Are you looking for an internship that offers hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, inventory management and supply chain analytics? You found it. In this role, you’ll work closely with our supply chain professionals to improve operational efficiency, analyze data, and support logistics processes. The start date for this role will be May 11, 2026.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration. As a member of our supply chain team, you’ll help ensure the seamless operation of our hardware business unit. You'll also work closely with vendors, partners and other internal teams.
- Getting Hudl hardware into the hands of coaches worldwide. You’ll support inventory management, tracking shipments and coordinating with suppliers. Along the way, you'll gain an inside perspective on how we create our world-class products.
- Assisting in supply chain data analysis. You’ll identify trends, inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and report key supply chain metrics to leadership.
- Improving cost-effectiveness. You’ll help optimize warehouse and distribution operations to improve delivery times. You’ll also participate in supplier evaluation, procurement processes and risk assessments.
This role requires days work in our headquarter, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln.
Must-Haves
- Supply chain student. You’re currently pursuing a degree in supply chain management, logistics, business or a related field.
- Tech stack experience. You have a proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or other data analysis tools.
- Responsible. You take ownership in your work—you hit deadlines, meet expectations and raise red flags when you see them. You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A team player. You can collaborate with internal and external stakeholders that might have different priorities, all while ensuring projects make it across the finish line.
Nice-to-Haves
- Industry experience. You have previous real world exposure to e-commerce, purchasing and/or supplier sourcing (outside of courses on these topics).
We understand you are a student first. This role is designed to strengthen your knowledge and experience during our peak season:
- Summer Break: Your role in the summer is full-time (approximately 35-40 hours per week).
- Academic Year: We are looking for someone who can work 15–20 hours per week. We offer flexibility to ensure your work schedule fits around your class times.
- Duration: This position is intended to start May 2026 through December 2026. To become familiar with working with our global team, the occasional shift from 4-8pm may be necessary to connect with our Australia team.
