About the role We’re looking for our next Multimedia Content Researcher to join the Content team in Latin America. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, selecting, managing, and organizing multimedia content to support the creation of high-quality educational materials across multiple formats, including videos, slides, documents, and interactive resources. About the job:
  • Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, designers, illustrators, animators, and project managers to understand the requirements and goals of each content deliverable.

  • Read, interpret, and analyze scripts to identify the most appropriate multimedia assets and, when necessary, suggest improvements to enhance clarity, accuracy, and educational value.

  • Research and source a wide range of multimedia and written assets (photos, illustrations, videos, graphics, footage, written references, and other educational materials).

  • Curate and select multimedia content based on its relevance, accuracy, quality, aesthetic criteria, and adherence to content requirements and standards.

  • Edit and optimize multimedia content using both traditional tools (ex. Photoshop) and AI-powered models (ex. Flux) to meet technical requirements and ensure seamless integration into each deliverable.

  • Ensure all selected assets comply with copyright, licensing, and attribution requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and records.

  • Manage and continuously improve a centralized asset library, ensuring proper organization, labeling, traceability, and easy access for all production teams.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, stock media libraries, and online resources to acquire necessary multimedia assets.

  • Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, stock image banks, AI image generators, and multimedia asset marketplaces.

  • Provide support and guidance to content designers and production teams regarding multimedia selection, usage, and best practices.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • About you:
  • 1+ year of experience in research, content creation, media production, or related fields

  • Experience sourcing and curating multimedia assets (images, illustrations, video, written references) across stock libraries, online platforms, and AI image generators like Flux or Midjourney.

  • Experience editing and optimizing assets in tools like Photoshop or similar. You know how to get an asset production-ready, not just find it.

  • You can read a production script and immediately start thinking visually: identifying what's needed, what's missing, and how to make it better.

  • You are a strong cross-functional communicator. You work fluidly with writers, designers, animators, and PMs, and you incorporate feedback without losing momentum.

  • You adapt without losing focus: when priorities shift or requirements change mid-production, you adjust and keep moving.

  • Resourceful problem-solver. When constraints get in the way, you find a path forward on your own initiative rather than waiting for direction.

  • You have excellent written and verbal English skills.

  • Bonus Skills:
  • Experience in EdTech and/or multinational companies.

  • Comfortable working remotely with multicultural, cross-functional teams.

  • … or another amazing skill you bring to the table that we haven’t thought of yet!

  • What's it like to work remotely?:
  • Work from the comfort of your own home

  • Meet with your manager and team via video calls on Google Meet or Slack

  • Connect with coworkers via Slack (with channels for work and for fun!)

  • To enjoy our remote work policy, you’ll need high-speed internet access

  • What we offer:

    💰 Competitive salary at CLP 13.000.000 - CLP 16.000.000 gross/year

🌴24 paid holidays plus December 24th and 31st

    🏥 Private health insurance policy

🙌Incredible opportunity to grow, learn, and build lifetime bonds with other passionate people
