Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $45,000 - $65,000.

Job Summary:

The Interactive Content Specialist is responsible for creating and uploading interactive materials to support high-quality educational products, following tasks assigned by the Interactive Content Lead and Quality Control Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct Quality Control checks on interactive products and services to ensure that they meet industry standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of interactive products and services.
Communicate interactive content issues and results to relevant stakeholders.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Recommended Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of content management software.
Ability to adapt when formatting changes arise.
Excellent mental flexibility in order to align with project priorities.

Education & Experience:

Basic knowledge of Quality Control methodologies, tools and best practices.
Basic computer and online technology experience.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Additional Details:

Our organization supports a flexible work environment that balances collaboration, productivity, and business needs. Following a probationary period, this role offers a hybrid schedule 3 days in-office, 2 days remote. Please note this is based on employee performance and is subject to change.
