Training Manager for Policy and Prevention at University of Maryland, Baltimore County responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs on sexual misconduct, Title IX compliance, and EEO policies to the campus community.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs on sexual harassment, domestic violence, stalking, and related compliance areas; manage large-scale online training platforms, oversee social media and website updates, coordinate with community partners and vendors, and conduct presentations across campus.
Skills & Tools: Expert knowledge of Title VII, Title IX, Clery Act, and Campus Save Act; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online training platforms; strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; ability to manage high-stress deadlines with sensitivity and collaborate effectively across teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with minimum 5 years of experience developing and implementing training programs in sexual misconduct, domestic violence, and EEO procedures in higher education settings.
Location: Maryland
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $52,000 – $68,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

Physical Demands
Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment. Will require travel to campus meetings and ability to transport supplies and meeting materials.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required. 5 years of experience in the development, implementation, and presentation of training programs in the areas of sexual misconduct (sexual and domestic violence, sexual harassment, stalking, etc.) and EEO procedures and policies Experience working in higher education Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of Title VII , Title IX, and a working knowledge of the Clery Act along with the VAWA Amendments to Clery (Campus Save Act). Highly collaborative approach. Ability to work under deadlines, in a high stress environment, and with sensitivity. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Must be highly organized and manage large-scale online training platforms. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to oversee social media accounts and update office website. Ability to work collaboratively with community partners and third-party vendors
