Role Snapshot
The Academic Success Coach supports students in an accelerated nursing program through proactive coaching, academic advising, and retention strategies. This role directly impacts student progression and graduation rates at University of Mount Saint Vincent's Riverdale and Yonkers campuses.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional coaching and organizational abilities with strong communication skills for engaging students, faculty, and staff. Demonstrated resilience, persistence, ability to motivate others, and skills in analyzing reports and initiating proactive guidance.
Qualifications: Master's degree preferred with experience coaching and advising students in a higher education setting. Background in counseling, guiding, and supporting student retention and persistence is essential.
Location: Riverdale, New York
Compensation: $60K–$66K/yr
