Skills & Tools: 1+ years of experience building complex LLM-based systems with strong prompt engineering intuition, Python expertise, and advanced software engineering capabilities. Ability to design effective evaluation methods for AI learning models, with preferred familiarity in learning science, empathy for learners, and strong communication skills for collaboration.

Qualifications: 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLM-based systems and demonstrated expertise in building production-grade AI applications. Preferred qualifications include learning science knowledge, empathy for educational outcomes, and a track record of mentoring and elevating engineering teams.

Location: Belgium

Compensation: $120K–$180K/yr
