Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, Python proficiency, and experience designing agentic workflows. Ability to design meaningful evaluation methods with custom metrics, plus understanding of AI research and learning science principles.

Qualifications: 1+ years of experience building complex LLM-based systems with strong prompt engineering intuition and custom metric design skills. Collaborative mindset and passion for making meaningful impact in education technology required.

Location: Belgium

Compensation: $130K–$180K/yr
