Role Snapshot
The Customer Success Project Manager leads projects that enhance client delivery and operational efficiency at Meazure Learning, serving as a strategic leader and hands-on operator managing client needs while driving continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles related to exam administration and client services, manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, and drive operational improvement by monitoring service delivery metrics and implementing cross-functional solutions.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, client relationship management, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Asana or Jira; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and present to stakeholders.
Qualifications: Proven experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Client Services in a SaaS, EdTech, or B2B environment; PMP certification is preferred but not required.
