Role Snapshot
Contract role as a Medicare Retention Training Facilitator delivering virtual training sessions to Medicare brokers and supervisors focused on member retention skills and behaviors. This behavioral enablement program runs in March 2026 with approximately 20 sessions across multiple cohorts.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver polished 2.5–3.5 hour virtual training sessions using provided facilitator guides and content, guide learners through breakout activities and role-plays focused on retention behaviors, and ensure consistent high-quality learning experiences across cohorts. Facilitate discussions on needs-based selling, rapport building, handling plan switch conversations, and reducing voluntary disenrollment while reinforcing top-performer retention behaviors.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level Medicare brokerage knowledge, proven ability to facilitate engaging virtual training sessions, strong communication and adult learning facilitation skills, and proficiency with virtual delivery platforms like Zoom or Teams.
Qualifications: Minimum three years of Medicare-related experience and prior experience facilitating virtual training is preferred. Deep understanding of Medicare brokerage environments and familiarity with retention agent best practices required.
