Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $45,000 - $60,000.
Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for coordinating and managing marketing campaigns that will assist the Canadian sales team in achieving growth targets. He/she will also be responsible for managing sales support requests, all social media accounts, conferences, as well as handling promotional inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Manage communications with the sales teams, ensuring that all reps are aware of and using the correct marketing materials, and promoting the current marketing initiatives.
- Online store management, fulfillment, and warehouse management
- Inventory coordination and management
- Conferences and events – registration, management, coordination, shipping, and restocking
- Social media – creation, development, management, and reporting
- Contest management and execution - plan, coordinate, and execute digital contests that align with our brand objectives, drives engagement, and increases lead generation
- Coordinate with the marketing team to produce and distribute support materials
- Manage relationship with fulfillment centre, troubleshooting any production problems and coordinating the completion of special requests
- Assist on other marketing projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree – preferably with a major in marketing
- 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suites, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Experience using Canva
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with social media management and reporting
- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (HubSpot and Sprout Social considered an asset)
- Experience working with designers/copywriters/suppliers
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable organization and attention to detail
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Required to be fluent in French (speaks, reads, and writes)
- In office 3 days a week
