Role Snapshot
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at a school-based therapy organization in Richmond, CA, responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians to support students with autism and related disabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Provide RBT supervision according to BACB requirements, conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans, oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseload, monitor skill acquisition programming, and maintain regular communication with school staff.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent speaking, writing, and listening abilities, experience training school staff and parents, and collaborative team-oriented approach.
Qualifications: Current BCBA certification and minimum two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with autism and related disabilities.
Location: Richmond, California
Compensation: $80K–$110K/yr
