Role Snapshot
Senior Product Manager role focused on optimizing the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Intune, Defender) to drive productivity, security, and collaboration across the organization. The position is pivotal in shaping Microsoft technology strategy and ensuring secure, scalable platform usage aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Own the roadmap for all Microsoft products, lead cross-departmental initiatives to optimize usage and licensing, and manage security configurations including Defender, Conditional Access, and Information Protection. Drive product lifecycle management from ideation to deployment, manage KPIs and adoption strategies, and collaborate with IT, Security, and Operations teams on Microsoft ecosystem alignment.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform with strong knowledge of enterprise security features, compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001), and security policy implementation. Requires excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Program Management with preferred Microsoft certifications and background in IT or cybersecurity. Strong demonstrated experience with enterprise Microsoft deployments, security management, and governance models.

Compensation: $95K–$115K/yr
