Role Snapshot
Senior Client Success Manager at Finalsite responsible for managing a portfolio of K-12 school accounts, driving retention, growth, and product adoption while serving as an internal advocate for client needs. This strategic role focuses on maximizing long-term value and ensuring client success with Finalsite's community relationship management platform.
Key Responsibilities: Manage named account portfolios, drive net revenue retention and renewals through proactive relationship-building, maximize product adoption, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitor client health metrics, and serve as an internal advocate coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve client roadblocks.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication and consultative advisory skills, ability to manage diverse accounts, strong understanding of K-12 education sector, proactive client health monitoring, and capability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in client success or related roles; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate passion for K-12 education.
Location: Glastonbury, Connecticut
Compensation: $80Kβ$130K/yr
