Qualifications: PhD required with 7+ years of experience in behavioral science; domain knowledge in HR and familiarity with high-growth SaaS environments preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, with flexibility at hub locations in NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, and Washington DC metro area. In-person collaboration required at least 2 days per week.
Compensation: $165,600 – $230,000 / annually
