Join Echo360 as a Technical Support Engineer to proactively resolve complex technical issues and serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers in a fully remote setting. This role demands a proactive mindset, strong ownership, and exceptional follow-through in investigating, analyzing, and resolving issues across the Echosystem platform and third-party integrations.
Skills & Tools: Strong customer service orientation, technical troubleshooting abilities, effective verbal and written communication, and familiarity with support tools like Zendesk and Salesforce. Requires understanding of LMS systems, networking concepts, systems architecture, media pipelines, and authentication frameworks.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical support or IT role with 2+ years of hands-on experience. Must demonstrate a curious mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong problem-solving skills.
