Role Snapshot

Classroom Installer for Lakeshore Learning Materials, responsible for setting up educational classroom spaces at various locations nationwide. This role directly impacts the preparation and delivery of quality learning environments for schools and educational facilities.

Key Responsibilities: Unload and transport materials from trucks, assemble furniture and educational fixtures, lift and carry heavy boxes, set up complete classrooms, and clean up debris after installations. Work primarily during weekday daytime hours with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Skills & Tools: Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor, attention to detail for assembly and setup accuracy, teamwork and communication abilities to coordinate with installation teams, and customer service orientation to ensure quality execution.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific professional experience required. Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects regularly and available for weekday daytime work with flexibility for occasional weekends.

Location: In-Person - Staunton, VA

Compensation: $28K–$38K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking folks to become a part of our classroom installation teams nationwide. Our local teams are trained to provide unbeatable service from the moment they arrive, taking care of every detail from start to finish! This position primarily requires availability during weekday daytime hours. Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. During classroom installations, you will:

Unload trucks
Assemble furniture
Lift and carry heavy boxes
Set up classrooms
Clean up debris
