Role Snapshot

Classroom Installer for Lakeshore Learning Materials, responsible for delivering comprehensive classroom setup services including furniture assembly, equipment installation, and space preparation across multiple locations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities: Unload trucks, assemble furniture, lift and carry heavy boxes, set up classrooms, and clean up debris during classroom installations. Position requires availability during weekday daytime hours with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Skills & Tools: Physical strength and ability to lift and carry heavy items, attention to detail in furniture assembly and classroom setup, reliability and teamwork capabilities, and customer service orientation to ensure quality installations.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in installation, assembly, or physical labor roles is helpful but not required. Must be physically capable of performing demanding manual labor tasks.

Location: In-Person - Rochester, NY

Compensation: $32K–$42K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking folks to become a part of our classroom installation teams nationwide. Our local teams are trained to provide unbeatable service from the moment they arrive, taking care of every detail from start to finish! This position primarily requires availability during weekday daytime hours. Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. During classroom installations, you will:

Unload trucks
Assemble furniture
Lift and carry heavy boxes
Set up classrooms
Clean up debris
