Summary

Key Responsibilities: Onboard and support new customers, drive product adoption, monitor usage data, and ensure contract renewals through proactive account management. Conduct implementation calls, manage customer lifecycle, deliver targeted outreach strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize solution utilization and account health.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include market acumen, project management, data analysis, relationship building, knowledge of educational technology, and customer success strategies. Proficiency in CRM software and ability to analyze usage metrics and adjust strategies iteratively are also essential.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in K-12 Education with at least 3 years of combined teaching and account management experience. Proficiency in CRM software and demonstrated success in customer success or account management roles are preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Texas, United States with 10-15% travel required
Compensation: $85,000 β $90,000 / annually
