Summary

BibliU seeks a part-time Key Holder for their Miami Shores campus store to lead daily operations and provide trusted on-the-spot leadership in the absence of store management. This hands-on role is critical to maintaining operational excellence, security, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Key Holder responsibilities include opening/closing the store, operating the cash register, managing inventory counts and stock levels, maintaining security protocols, and providing frontline leadership to the sales team. Additional duties include price marking, tracking merchandise, recording promotions, and reporting customer feedback to management.
Skills & Tools: Customer service orientation, strong attention to detail, retail/cash handling expertise, and reliable teamwork. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment and accountability.
Qualifications: Retail or customer service experience preferred with demonstrated reliability and strong teamwork capabilities. No specific education requirements mentioned.
Location: Miami Shores, Florida
Compensation: $12–$20/hr
