Skills we’d love to see you show off:
- Clinical Program Delivery: Coordinating multiple concurrent clinical education programs with varying requirements, timelines, and partner expectations, ensuring smooth execution from program setup through cohort completion.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Managing complex relationships across academic leadership, client site leadership, and internal teams, with the ability to communicate effectively at executive, clinical, and operational levels.
- Operational Execution: Building and maintaining detailed timelines, workflows, and tracking mechanisms to manage learner progress, clinical readiness, and cohort milestones.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitating collaboration between internal teams (Client Success, Academic Partner Success, Client Operations, Product, etc.) and external partners to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Communication & Reporting: Synthesizing complex program information into clear, timely updates and reports for multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Critical Thinking: Proactively identifying risks, misalignment, or execution gaps and driving resolution in highly nuanced, regulated environments.
Who you are:
- You bring 3+ years of experience coordinating clinical education programs such as nursing rotations, residencies, fellowships, or allied health training programs
- You have hands-on experience with how clinical programs operate, including didactics, clinical placements, rotations, and compliance requirements
- While a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, extensive experience in healthcare education or clinical training environments is equally valued
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple programs and cohorts simultaneously, each with distinct flows and nuances
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can translate complexity into clarity
- High EQ, calm under pressure, and confident navigating ambiguity
- Familiarity with operational systems, tracking tools, and reporting workflows (Salesforce, spreadsheets, dashboards, or similar tools such as Asana)
- Startup-minded with a “no job too small” approach to execution
How you will create impact:

- Support clinical discovery conversations with existing and prospective clients to ensure scalable, compliant program design and smooth execution
- Coordinate clinical programs from program handoff through cohort planning, start, execution, and completion
- Set up and facilitate meetings between academic partners and client partners to align on clinical requirements, timelines, and expectations
- Ensure client partners are prepared to host learners in accordance with academic partner rules, policies, and clinical requirements
- Track learner readiness, clinical milestones, and progress across didactic and clinical phases
- Manage cohort-level tracking and reporting, providing clear visibility to academic partners, client partners, and internal InStride stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks related to learner readiness, placement capacity, compliance, or timelines and drive resolution
- Support learner issue escalation and coordination across academic and clinical stakeholders
- Create and refine repeatable processes, templates, and tools to support scalable clinical program coordination
- Partner with internal teams to continuously improve clinical execution, data integrity, and partner experience
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment where clinical programs vary by partner, state, and discipline
