Role Snapshot
Lead the end-to-end development of Epic's English Language Arts product from concept to launch as the Principal ELA Product Expert. Ensure the curriculum is pedagogically rigorous, engaging for K-12 students, and aligned with U.S. educational standards.
Key Responsibilities: Define the ELA curriculum vision and serve as subject matter authority to create world-class, pedagogically sound educational content. Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate ELA into the global learning platform while ensuring alignment with educational standards.
Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in K-12 English Language Arts curriculum design and product development methodology. Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities and demonstrated experience taking educational products from concept to launch at scale.
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in ELA curriculum design or EdTech product leadership with proven success taking an educational product from 0-1 (concept to launch). Advanced knowledge of K-12 English Language Arts standards and pedagogy.
Location: Irvine, California
Compensation: $150K–$190K/yr
