Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between CAD 70,000 - CAD 100,000.

The Role

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the strategy and delivery of key modules in our behavior management platform. You will be responsible for defining product outcomes that align with business goals, collaborating across departments, and driving initiatives from concept to launch. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
What You’ll Do
- Define, own, and deliver the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to execute product initiatives that drive measurable impact.
- Translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements and prioritize them based on value, effort, and strategic fit.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to drive alignment and product success.
- Define and track success metrics for your product areas, using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
- Champion continuous discovery practices, including user interviews, testing, and feedback loops.
What We Require
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of leading B2B SaaS products from strategy through execution.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps tied to business metrics such as revenue, retention, engagement, or expansion.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional product teams.
- Comfortable using data and customer insights to make informed decisions.
- Bonus: Experience in edtech, behavior management, or tools supporting K-12 schools.
