Role Snapshot
The Grants Specialist at Amii is a crucial Revenue Team member responsible for researching, preparing, and managing grant proposals to identify new funding opportunities that support the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include drafting grant proposals and letters of intent in collaboration with internal teams, identifying and tracking grant opportunities at provincial/national/international levels, and designing systems to organize grant research, templates, and submission records while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
Skills & Tools: Strong writing, project management, collaboration, and analytical skills are required, along with proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with CRM and project management software, and knowledge of Canada's funding environment.
Qualifications: A post-secondary degree or certificate in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in fundraising or grants management are preferred, with knowledge of project management and CRM software as an asset.
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Compensation: CA$60K–CA$85K/yr
