Principal Software Developer for Applied AI at Savvas Learning Company, responsible for creating innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance educational experiences for millions of students. Lead a distributed engineering team to develop, implement, and monitor LLM applications at scale.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Python and AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS, S3), strong software design and implementation capabilities, and solid understanding of ML/AI data practices. Demonstrated leadership ability, architectural expertise in distributed systems, and experience with LLM application engineering practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of software development experience and 2+ years working with LLMs or generative AI applications. Proven track record leading engineering teams and architecting production-scale AI systems.
