Role Snapshot
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role focused on conducting in-home assessments for children and adolescents with special needs in the Philadelphia area. Position offers competitive pay with up to $6000 annual incentive bonus and flexibility in a small caseload environment.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365) and ABA software platforms. Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, instructional methods, ethics, and regulations governing behavior analysis.
Qualifications: Master's degree required with Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Compensation: $55K–$75K/yr (estimated)
