The Snr. Manager, Channel Marketing owns the channel marketing strategy and execution of partner marketing programs in their assigned region. This position will lead a growing team that drives channel revenue by marketing to/through/with regional channel partners. In addition, you will support global partner marketing strategy by executing campaigns that engage, enable and accelerate partners in the KnowBe4 Partner Program.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and tactically execute partner marketing activities that drive channel revenue growth and accelerate regional partnerships.
- Manage the regional channel marketing budget, making data-driven resource allocation decisions
- Act as a strategic advisor to channel sales leadership, advocating for the channel marketing roadmap and reporting on regional impact
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partner go-to-market teams
- Expertly manage a high volume of concurrent partner events and activities across competing timelines
- Track, report on, and evaluate the marketing performance of partner activities and recommend improvements
- Nurture and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including channel sales, partner strategy, revenue marketing and other marketing team members
- Stay in the know about channel marketing best practices and utilizing AI in campaigns
- Provide recommendations regarding hiring, promoting, disciplining, and firing subordinates, to which the Company gives significant weight
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in channel marketing, specifically with a focus on building a network of partners
- 2+ years in a people management or team lead capacity
- Experience in the IT Security or SaaS technology industry
- Extensive hands-on experience managing partner marketing funding/MDF programs, activities and budgets
- Proficient in Salesforce customer database
- Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) and through-channel marketing automation (TCMA) software such as Impartner, Salesforce PRM, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience using AI-driven technology
- Prior experience or usage of project management software such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or other similar products
- Strong verbal and written communications including the ability to confidently present to audiences of channel partners and/or executives
- Solid understanding of marketing channels as to advise channel partners on building effective campaigns
- Advanced understanding of channel business and operations, including revenue and pipeline principles
- Proven leadership in a cross-functional team environment with the ability to collaborate respectfully, navigate shared responsibilities and influence successful outcomes
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills: You will be working with other business professionals and are expected to convey the value of our product and programs and the culture and beliefs of our company outward to our partners
The compensation for this position ranges from $117,000-$122,000.
