- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Research customers, competitors, and market trends to identify UX improvements
- Work closely with Product Managers, developers, and other stakeholders in an Agile software development environment
- Present design concepts, prototypes, and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders
- Communicate design decisions, trade-offs, and constraints effectively
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and product quality
- Help define and evolve the visual style and user experience across Riipen’s platform
- Maintain and evolve the design system and component library
- Review and provide feedback on the work of other designers
- Take ownership of the overall quality and consistency of design outputs across the team
- Sign off on component updates and ensure design standards are upheld
