Role Snapshot
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at SPG Therapy & Education focused on school-based ABA therapy, providing supervision, assessments, and treatment planning for students with Autism and related disabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise RBTs, conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans, oversee behavior intervention plans, monitor skill acquisition programming, and maintain communication with school staff and parents.
Skills & Tools: Current BCBA certification, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to train school staff and parents, and strong speaking, writing, and listening abilities.
Qualifications: Current BCBA certification and at least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions for students with Autism and related disabilities, with experience training school staff and parents.
Location: Mare Island, California
Compensation: $80K–$110K/yr
