Role Snapshot

Success Manager role at Amira Learning responsible for driving product adoption and implementation in K-12 school districts across Southern Florida. The position focuses on empowering educators to improve student literacy outcomes through effective onboarding, training, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities: Lead onboarding and project management for school implementations, design and deliver professional development sessions for educators, monitor usage data to identify adoption trends and risks, and build collaborative relationships with district and school contacts. Serve as pedagogical expert on the platform, provide product feedback to R&D, and proactively mitigate customer concerns.
Skills & Tools: Project management, data analysis, training delivery, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Deep empathy for educational challenges, ability to translate product features into pedagogical value, and expertise in adult professional development.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in customer success, implementation, professional development, or K-12 education roles such as Instructional Coach or Principal. Experience implementing software solutions preferably in Education SaaS, strong organizational skills, and ability to analyze data for actionable insights.
Location: Miami, Florida
Compensation: $60K–$90K/yr
