Summary
Join Elsevier as a Clinical AI Evaluation Specialist to assess and improve generative AI solutions in nursing education and practice, ensuring safety, reliability, and clinical effectiveness. This role operationalizes evaluation frameworks and translates strategy into action by managing evaluation cycles and maintaining rigorous accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage end-to-end evaluation cycles for nursing products, coordinate evaluation logistics including SME engagement and data collection, and maintain datasets and dashboards to support evaluation transparency. Collaborate with product, data science, and nursing teams to provide actionable reports that drive product improvements and monitor evaluation workflow trends.
Skills & Tools: Requires RN license with MSN in Nursing, familiarity with generative AI technologies and evaluation methods, and strong project management and communication skills. Preferred: data management experience, detail-oriented approach, and ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications: RN license and MSN in Nursing required; DNP or PhD in Nursing strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience with education technology in nursing curricula and broad clinical/teaching experience across multiple specialty areas preferred.
Location: Remote from Pennsylvania, United States of America
Compensation: $93,400 – $155,700/year
