Role Snapshot

Classroom Installer for Lakeshore Learning Materials, responsible for setting up educational classroom spaces across multiple locations nationwide. This role ensures classrooms are properly equipped and ready for student use through efficient installation and setup processes.

Key Responsibilities: Unload delivery trucks, assemble furniture, lift and carry heavy boxes, set up complete classrooms, and clean up debris at installation sites. Work primarily during weekday daytime hours with occasional weekend availability as needed.
Skills & Tools: Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials, attention to detail in assembly and setup, ability to work efficiently as part of a team, and strong customer service orientation to ensure quality installations.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific prior experience required. Must be physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks and available for flexible scheduling including occasional weekends.
Location: In-Person - Bronx
Compensation: $28Kโ€“$38K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking folks to become a part of our classroom installation teams nationwide. Our local teams are trained to provide unbeatable service from the moment they arrive, taking care of every detail from start to finish! This position primarily requires availability during weekday daytime hours. Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. During classroom installations, you will:

  • Unload trucks
  • Assemble furniture
  • Lift and carry heavy boxes
  • Set up classrooms
  • Clean up debris
