Summer internship in Adult Publicity at Sourcebooks, a leading US publisher, where you'll gain hands-on experience building publicity campaigns and connecting bestselling books with media and readers.
Key Responsibilities: Build press materials including media lists and pitch letters, monitor media coverage and research feature opportunities, maintain events logs, assist with publicity mailings, and conduct media contact research across multiple imprints.
Skills & Tools: Strong writing and communication skills, excellent time management and organizational abilities, proactive and team-oriented attitude, ability to multitask in deadline-driven environments, and attention to detail.
Qualifications: Current college sophomores, juniors, seniors, or recent graduates with a genuine interest in books, media, and storytelling; cover letter required with application.
Location: New York, New York
Compensation: $20/hr
