VR Training Subject Matter Expert role focused on developing immersive, scenario-based virtual reality training for naval port operations. Position involves on-site deployment to Saudi Arabia for approximately 90 days to capture real-world operational data and design high-impact VR training scenarios.

Skills & Tools: Proven expertise in port operations, logistics, supply chain, maritime, or naval operations with experience developing training content, simulations, or scenario-based learning. Strong communication skills, ability to work in operational environments, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort with on-site data gathering; VR or immersive learning tool experience preferred.
Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required with valid passport and willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia for ~90 consecutive days. Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in port/logistics operations and demonstrated background in training content development or operational training for government, defense, or industrial environments.
