About the Role: We are looking for an FP&A & GL Analyst to join Wiley's Finance team. Reporting to the Manager and FP&A Team Lead, this role will support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and general ledger activities across Wiley's global operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing support function, working with stakeholders across regions to deliver insights, improve processes, and support key finance activities. How you will make an impact Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close and forecasting activities. Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and financial reports. Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies. Assist in preparing management reporting packs and ad hoc analysis. Collaborate with global finance teams and business stakeholders. Support transitions of new FP&A processes into the Shared Services environment. Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives. Support KPI reporting and audit requests as required. What we are looking for Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline. 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, General Ledger, Reporting, or Shared Services Finance. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting activities. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience with financial reporting tools such as Power BI, TM1, EPM, or similar systems is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a global environment.
