Role Snapshot

Lead the planning and execution of 10-15 marketing and sales events per month for Branching Minds, an educational technology company serving K-12 districts. Drive pipeline generation, enhance brand experience, and support company growth through innovative event management.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue research, vendor coordination, catering, and promotional strategies across webinars, conferences, and sales-hosted events. Track event impact through data analysis, develop content and registration strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain event calendars for sales, marketing, and thought leadership initiatives.
Skills & Tools: 4+ years of B2B event management experience with proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), virtual event software, and educational technology platforms. Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and budgets simultaneously.
Qualifications: 4+ years of B2B events experience required; preferred background in K-12 education with experience in HubSpot, Asana, and educational technology platforms. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with occasional onsite travel.
Location: United States
Compensation: $85K–$90K/yr
