Summary

Manager of E-rate Administration responsible for overseeing the E-rate program, ensuring federal compliance, and coordinating with schools and libraries to maximize funding benefits. This role is critical in managing funding requests and driving successful program outcomes within a regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage E-rate application and funding request processes, ensure compliance with federal regulations, coordinate with schools/libraries/service providers, maintain documentation, monitor deadlines, and provide staff training on E-rate procedures. Collaborate with finance and procurement departments, prepare program reports, and resolve E-rate funding and compliance issues.
Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of E-rate regulations and federal processes, excellent organizational and project management abilities, proficiency in relevant software and database management, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, data analysis skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field with minimum 3 years' experience with E-rate program or grant administration. Must have strong knowledge of federal E-rate regulations, audit preparation experience, and ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks.
Location: Hybrid in Cleveland, Ohio, United States
Compensation: $80,000 – $85,000 / annually
