Role Snapshot

A Classroom Installer with Lakeshore Learning Materials is responsible for assembling and setting up classroom furniture and educational materials across multiple locations. This role is essential to delivering quality installations that transform classrooms for learning environments.

Key Responsibilities: Unload trucks, assemble furniture, lift and carry heavy boxes, set up classrooms, and clean up debris during installation projects. Work primarily during weekday daytime hours with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Skills & Tools: Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy items, attention to detail in assembly and setup, ability to work efficiently as part of a team, and reliability in completing tasks from start to finish.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific prior installation experience required. Must be able to lift and carry heavy boxes regularly and maintain availability for weekday daytime hours.

Location: In-Person - Philadelphia, PA

Compensation: $32K–$42K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking folks to become a part of our classroom installation teams nationwide. Our local teams are trained to provide unbeatable service from the moment they arrive, taking care of every detail from start to finish! This position primarily requires availability during weekday daytime hours. Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. During classroom installations, you will:

Unload trucks
Assemble furniture
Lift and carry heavy boxes
Set up classrooms
Clean up debris
