Role Snapshot

Join McGraw Hill as an Efficacy Research Specialist to manage educational research projects that impact millions of students worldwide. This remote role focuses on participant recruitment, data management, and research operations within a supportive collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage initial phases of research studies including participant recruitment, data sharing agreements, project scheduling, and material delivery while retrieving and organizing data from systems like Salesforce and Pendo. Develop screening instruments, create communications for stakeholders, improve research processes, and ensure secure handling of customer data in compliance with PII and GDPR standards.
Skills & Tools: Required expertise in recruiting for educational research, drafting data sharing agreements, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in data retrieval and management. Preferred technical skills include SQL, Python, and familiarity with educational research methodologies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of applicable experience in educational research. Proven track record of recruiting for educational research studies and ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Compensation: $59K–$70K/yr
