Summary

Kiddom seeks an Internal Enablement Manager to develop and deliver innovative training resources that enhance product knowledge across internal teams in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on creating customized enablement materials and training experiences to ensure team fluency in Kiddom's instructional platform and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities: Create customized product demonstrations, training modules, and internal playbooks while building and managing scalable enablement platforms in partnership with Marketing and Product teams. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify enablement gaps, design multi-format training experiences, and provide rapid-response resources for product updates and team onboarding.

Skills & Tools: Strong understanding of K-12 curriculum implementation, ability to translate complex product features into clear enablement content, and proficiency with digital platforms and content authoring tools. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience designing multi-format training and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications: 7+ years of K-12 education experience and 3-5 years in edtech enablement or product training are preferred, along with a Master's degree or equivalent experience in education technology. Strong technical skills with familiarity in learning management systems and analytics are essential.

Compensation: $80K–$120K/yr
