About The Role

We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional enthusiastic about improving every aspect of the K12 and Higher Education school search process. You’ll lead a team of Revenue and Product Marketing professionals in positioning Niche’s enrollment management services as the best in class solution while driving the demand that ensures we reach our revenue targets. Reporting to the CMO, with dotted line reporting to the CRO, you’ll drive the marketing strategy for Niche’s B2B efforts and establish marketing as an effective partner within the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and execute the integrated marketing strategies and annual marketing plans that drive adoption of Niche’s products and services for K-12 and Higher Education institutions. 
  • Demand Generation: Uplevel Niche’s GTM and demand generation strategies; establish and develop effective Outbound, Account Based, and Field Marketing strategies that drive quality engagement in the sales funnel among our target customers and ensure we meet our revenue targets.
  • Deepen Partner Relationships: Build and communicate the value propositions that help our existing customers understand our commitment to supporting them through the full enrollment funnel with our evolving product suite. Support our Account team in driving revenue expansion.  
  • Product Marketing: Drive understanding of and empathy with the customer - establish customer personas, define and establish product positioning, pricing, packaging, and messaging. Ensure collaboration with the product and sales organizations to effectively launch new products and drive adoption of features. 
  • Marketing Leadership: Lead a team of talented marketers across demand generation, customer engagement/retention and product marketing. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Mentor others on the team.
  • Metrics and Performance Management: Define and analyze the key marketing metrics that enable marketing to impact the sales pipeline (from awareness through MOFU). Advocate for the team and hold them accountable; present regular updates to the executive team on marketing performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Infuse industry best practices, innovative approaches, and bold bets to position Niche as a leader in revenue marketing—driving impact through creativity, strategy, and growth.

What We Are Looking For

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within high-growth B2B SaaS businesses.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and scaling marketing functions at earlier stage businesses.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, demand generation, account based marketing and product marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on analytics and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Compensation 

Our national target base salary range is $197,680-$247,100, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
