The Health•PE Training Specialist serves as a content expert and trainer supporting educators in implementing QuaverHealth•PE digital curriculum. This role is critical to helping teachers and schools effectively integrate technology-enhanced health and physical education resources.

Key Responsibilities: Lead virtual and in-person training sessions for teachers on QuaverHealth•PE resources, travel to school sites for coaching and implementation support, and represent QuaverEd at national conferences. Additional duties include hosting virtual events for users and prospective customers while maintaining in-depth curriculum knowledge.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, instructional coaching expertise, and proficiency with online curricula and educational technology platforms. Strong presentation and training facilitation skills are essential for both virtual and in-person delivery.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Health, Physical Education, or related field with 5+ years of K-8 teaching experience required. Training/instructional coaching experience and familiarity with QuaverHealth•PE or similar online curricula preferred; relevant certifications or national affiliations are a plus.
Location: In-Person - QuaverEd
Compensation: $65,000/year (as stated by employer). Based on title, experience requirements, and Nashville market, typical compensation for this specialized training role ranges from $58,000 – $72,000/year.

The Health•PE Training Specialist plays a key role in supporting educators in the effective use of QuaverHealth•PE resources. This individual will serve as a content expert, trainer, and advocate for QuaverEd, helping teachers and schools integrate QuaverHealth•PE’s digital curriculum into their education programs. The ideal candidate is an experienced Health/Physical Education educator with a passion for professional development, curriculum implementation, and technology in the classroom.


Key Responsibilities

  • Report to the Manager of Training;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of QuaverHealth•PE curriculum;
  • Lead virtual and in-person training/sales sessions for teachers on QuaverHealth•PE resources;
  • Travel to school sites to coach and train teachers and other education stakeholders in understanding and using the QuaverHealth•PE resources;
  • Host virtual events for QuaverHealth•PE users and prospective customers;
  • Attend national conferences to represent QuaverEd in booths and lead conference sessions; and
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience teaching in a K-8 setting
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Physical Education, or a related field preferred
  • Additional Certifications or National Affiliations preferred
  • Training and/or instructional coaching experience preferred
  • Experience with online curricula and curriculum development, use of QuaverHealth•PE preferred
  • Excellent communications and relationship skills

The Job Title role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
